Calogic, LLC, a privately held company, was formed in March, 2001 to effect the purchase of the Calogic FAB in Fremont, CA from Sipex Corporation. The company operates the Fremont FAB with thesame operational equipment, processes and production employees that have made the fine Calogic products for the last 15 years.
