Electronic Designs, Inc. (EDI) designs, manufactures and markets semiconductor memory and flat panel display products for the global commercial, industrial and military markets, particularly for telecommunications, data communications and avionics. In October 1998, EDI merged with Bowmar Instrument Corporation, and the combined company was renamed White Electronic Designs Corporation (NASDAQ: WEDC).
